Barnes Immersive Experience
A sales room where a client explores a property in real-time 3D instead of watching a film about it. Research and a client-facing case for replacing a projector-based immersive room with LED screens and live navigation, so the room stays lit, people move freely, and the agent answers questions by flying through the building rather than cueing the next slide.

Checking the vision against what the tooling actually does
The useful contribution to someone else's idea is finding where it breaks. Vendors are strong on individual phases and weak at the seams: the handoffs between capture, render, display and customisation are all manual, and the tooling behind them assumes a headset or a desktop, so a room-scale LED wall falls through every gap. Someone has to own that integration. Naming it early costs a paragraph; discovering it mid-build costs the schedule.

Arguing it in sales terms, not specification terms
A developer does not buy a refresh rate. The case that landed was behavioural: projection forces the lights down, puts visitors in a safe zone to avoid casting shadows, and leaves them watching rather than exploring, which is the opposite of the conditions under which someone commits to a purchase. Screens keep the room lit and social. Same recommendation either way, but only one version of it is a reason to spend money.

Saying which parts are not solved yet
The straightforward way to win a client meeting is to let the demo imply the whole thing already works. The research said plainly which phases are covered by existing tools and which are integration work someone still has to own, because a client who commits on an overstatement finds out later, and by then the credibility is spent. Naming the gaps up front is what makes the parts that do work believable.

Research and a feasibility read, no build. The standing question was whether a real-time, film-quality property room is buildable today: what the capture-to-display chain actually requires, which parts existing tooling already solves, and which are integration work someone has to own. The implementation research (Barnes Immersive Experience vol.2, for Barnes clients in Riyadh) is the written half of that; the rest was advising on where the vision was technically sound and where it needed a different approach.
