The brief

Still renders for a residential tower in Sofia, made freelance for Unique Estates.

The tower comes from the developer's own renders and is never redrawn; the direction goes into the hour, the street and who is in the room.

A residential tower in Sofia had to be sold before it was finished. The developer had architectural renders of the building and drone footage of the site. None of it showed anyone living there.

Freelance work with Unique Estates. Twenty-eight still renders went to the client in October 2026, after several rounds of the developer's notes. A film of the tower is in production.

The problem

Sell a residential tower before it is finished, with pictures a buyer can trust: the building exactly as the developer drew it, and a life around it nobody had shown yet.

Next on the programmeImmersive 3D / Feature / 2025 to 2026

An earlier generation of Barnes Vantage, open on a laptop resting on a vast pale desert floor under a deep blue sky: the screen shows a dark satellite map of the Dubai coastline with the Palm and the World islands, the headline 'A living map of 3D property scans.', a natural-language search bar, and a stat row reading 52 residences, 40 communities, 22 walkable in 3D. This map-led home has since been replaced by a marketplace-first redirect; not what Vantage looks like today.

Barnes Vantage. An international portal for viewing real Dubai residences in 3D, where a buyer walked a real scan alone or followed a broker driving it live.
